2. Data we process
If you request early access, the form collects your email address and records your consent timestamp. We intend to use this solely for Vowtally beta and launch availability updates. The pre-launch form does not request payment information, and we do not intentionally use advertising or behavioral analytics cookies.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Joining the early-access list is optional. Planned processing of your email is based on consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn for the future at any time by contacting the controller.
4. Hosting and security checks
The proposed website infrastructure uses Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare D1 for waitlist storage and Turnstile for spam protection. Those services may process connection and security information, including IP-related data. The actual deployment setup, processor agreements, international transfers and applicable vendor terms must be assessed before public launch.

We plan to retain signup information only as long as necessary for the early-access purpose, or until consent is withdrawn. A specific retention and deletion policy must be defined and implemented before enabling actual registrations.
