The work is hard enough. The process shouldn't be.
When you work with clients, important details often end up scattered across messages, documents and separate tools. The first plan is in one place. Feedback is in another. A new request gets casually mentioned in chat. Before long, nobody is quite sure what's been agreed.
We're building Vowtally to give freelancers, small agencies and their clients a common place for the important decisions. Not to replace every tool they already use, but to make project scope, changes, progress and approvals easier to understand.
A small team with a focused plan.
Vowtally is an independent, two-founder project at the development stage. One founder focuses on the software and technical infrastructure. The other leads product planning and customer support. We are not claiming an established customer base or a finished service: our first step is to build a useful, reliable private beta.
The principles behind Vowtally.
Clarity for both sides
Clients should know what they're approving. Freelancers should know what they've promised. Changes should be visible and explicit instead of silently replacing an earlier agreement.
Design that feels calm
We want the interface to feel focused and easy to learn, especially for clients who only visit to review a milestone or approve a change.
People make the decisions
The core product is designed without a runtime AI dependency. The software organizes the details, while the people involved decide what gets approved.
Where we are now.
We're currently developing the initial experience and inviting interested freelancers and small agencies to express interest in our beta. Any example product screens on this website represent the planned product, not a running customer service.
